Nathaniel Oliver, owner of Type A Training Of NYC, developed 25-Minute Live Online Personal Training in response to the ongoing public health situation. "I wanted to develop a new way of doing virtual personal training while not compromising the quality and integrity of our trainers and our training programs. My goal has always been to offer the highest level of live online personal training to help our clients meet and maintain their fitness and health goals. My team is committed and dedicated to helping everyone stay physically, mentally, and emotionally strong!

About Our Team

We require that every trainer has a minimum of 5 years of hands on, practical experience and holds at least one certification from a leading training organization such as the National Strength and Conditioning Association (of America), the National Academy of Sports Medicine (USA) and American Council on Exercise (ACE).  In addition, many of our trainers are current or former trainers from some of the most Prestigious fitness clubs (Equinox, Life Fitness, ) in New York City.

One-on-one Training

Our trainers have trained everyone from professional athletes to working professionals that want more out of life when it come to their health and fitness. No matter your level or goals we are here to help achieve them!

100% custom training plan

After completing our fitness + health questionnaire you will get a customized training routine personally designed by your trainer.

Accountability

Once the schedule and times are figured out you will be seeing your trainer LIVE virtually (1x, 2x, or 3x weekly). For added support we have now added for NYC residents only in-person personal training at the start of each month.

Consistency is key

We don't want to see you not reach your goals. What makes this program different from others is that you will have a real live trainer 3x weekly and if you add the in-person training that is lot of amazing consistency in your training.

Your trainer will design a flexible nutrition plan that incorporates your eating habits, level of activity and workouts.
