LIVE Online Kids Fitness Training Options


Our expert trainers are able to train with or without equipment, so all you need is an internet connection and 25 minutes!  For those wanting a more comprehensive online kids fitness Training session, we also have 45 Minute Workouts at a special price (please inquire).

Online Kids Fitness


Quick, Efficient And Injury Free Workouts. Our trainers will evaluate your child and discuss your fitness and health goals prior to the first session. We will incorporate Strength Training, Cardio, Bootcamp type workouts to get your kid's heart pumping and bodies moving.

Kids Yoga


Yoga has benefits beyond overall physical health.  It is known to enhance mental and emotional health with fundamental breath work and impacts all aspects including enhancing imagination, concentration, and academic performance. 

Kids Sports


Sports specific workouts and drills build strength, flexibility and agility for all sports such as Soccer, Gymnastics, Basketball, Dance, Tennis, Baseball and more. One sport is focused on for two to three weeks before rotating to another sport (you can choose or we can).
