Is 25 Minute Workouts Okay For Beginners?
Absolutely! If you’ve never worked out or new to strength training and cardio, 25 Minute workouts is the perfect way to start. With every new client you will have a comprehensive fitness and health assessment. This is how your trainer will develop a customized program that fits you exact needs.
Are Trainers Certified And Insured?
Yes, they are all certified and insured. They are also personally hand-picked by Nathaniel and vetted to insure you're getting the best trainers in Manhattan.
As With Any Professional Service We Also Have A Cancellation Policy. We Request That If You Need To Cancel That You Notify Us Via “Group Text” By 6pm Prior To The Day Of Your Training Session Or You Will Get Charged The Full Amount Of The Session.
How customized is my training program?
25 minute workout programs are 100% customized to each member’s lifestyle and goals.
Can I do online personal training from anywhere?
Absolutely! One of the great things about online training is that you can train anywhere you want. This allows you to train anywhere in the world - in your home, in a hotel, in your local gym or at even at the park!
Is my trainer a real person?
Yes, your trainer is absolutely real, and you’ll get to know them very well. They’ll work with you closely to build a body you’re happy with and help you overcome any challenges along the way.
In addition, all of our personal trainers are properly certified and vetted personally by Nathaniel with an average of 6 years experience, so you’ll be in very good hands.
Can I Switch Trainers?
You Can Switch Trainers At Anytime And For What Every Reason. If You Aren't Happy Or Just Want To Try Something New, Let Me Know. We Routinely Get Requests From Clients Wanting To Use Two Trainers At Once. For Example Some Clients Will Use A Trainer Only For Strength Training And Another Trainer Exclusively For Yoga Or Pilates.
What if I don’t have or want a gym membership?
One of the outstanding benefits of working with 25 Minute Workout trainers is the adaptability to your resources and lifestyle. We work with individuals that travel, have tight schedules or simply do not want to or can’t get to a commercial fitness center. While gym memberships are very helpful in adding verity to your program by way of providing a wide range of equipment options, it is not necessary to see a degree of fitness success.
Each program is based on what you have available. For clients with home gyms, I will build the program with all of your equipment in mind. I do encourage clients to make modest investments in resistance bands, stability balls or other apparatus that will add benefits to and accelerate reaching your potential.
Can I cancel anytime?
1. I would hate to see you go! But you may cancel your reoccurring package by contacting us within 10 days before your next scheduled payment.
